Malaysia Aerospace Industry Association (MAIA) was launched on 28 March 2016, officiated by the Minister of International Trade and Industry.
A mark of solidarity, MAIA is a non-Governmental organisation that functions to support and represent the voice of all Malaysian companies in the aerospace sector in our efforts to develop Malaysia’s status as the aerospace hub in Asia. Currently our members consist of industry players from multiple sectors such as Aero-manufacturing, Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO), Drone & UAM, Academia and Research & Technology.
We welcome more aerospace related companies in Malaysia to come and join our association in supporting the advancement of Malaysia's aerospace industry in making Malaysia as the aerospace hub in Asia.
